White House and Justice Department representatives declined to comment. William Barr declined to respond to queries from legislators last week on whether the department had provided the White House with a preview of Mueller’s findings. So, The Attorney General is scheduled to have a press conference on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. to discuss the special counsel’s report.

before drawing a comparison between Barr and Roy Cohn. A former personal attorney for Trump who was well-known for his tenacious attempts to defend his employer. “I want my own Roy Cohn,” the president said, and he might have located him.
In recent weeks, Democrats have stepped up their investigations of the president, his campaign, companies, and administration.
